Our appointments are thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you, and our policy is designed to respect both your time and the time of our dedicated team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to continue delivering the exclusive experience our clients have come to expect.
Should you need to amend or cancel your booking, we will always do our best to assist wherever possible.
●      A booking fee will be taken at the time of scheduling your treatment in order to secure your appointment.
●      48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your facial appointment.
●      Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the cost of the booking fee.
●      Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.
●      Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.
We value your time as much as our own and greatly appreciate your understanding. This policy allows us to dedicate the time, care and attention each client deserves while also offering cancelled appointments to those on our waiting list.
